Steven A. Wichlenski

Steven came to St. Petersburg with his family in the late 50’s, from Brooklyn New York. Steven’s father was asteve Plant Manager in Furniture Manufacturing, and learned much about people, and how they determine the outcome to their business challenges. Steven learned there was always a solution to a problem, but success depended on how well relationships were established along the way. It was only natural that he follow in his Dad’s footsteps. Steven owned and operated his own Office Furniture Manufacturing Company for over 18 years in Tampa Bay, before changing direction and utilizing his space planning skills as an Independent Project Manager

As customer needs evolved, in 2005 DFC Designs was started. As a Consulting and Marketing company, he was able to help his clients ‘Connecting Ur Dots’, because he could relate to their specific business challenges. While detailing their challenges he realized, the common thread that challenged a majority of clients, were their need for a ‘Communication Bridge’. A system to show the client, to identify other Behavioral Styles’ and the language they speak.‘Connecting Ur Dots’, applies the Business Science of Temperaments that tell us how people sell, influence, and engage relationships, utilizing each Temperament strength, for your specific results.

By first reviewing your specific business challenges and defining goals to a time table, we design a specific Plan of Action, to take your business to it’s next level of excellence. Combining Relationship-Marketing, and Temerament Adaptability.

We help clients earn trust, by showing them how to bridge communication skills effectively, in ALL relationships.
